MISSION

Ensure extraordinary customer journey end to end for Grahana guests and be obsessed with understanding the market and improving the services.

 

JOB MAIN FUNCTIONS

 

  • Reservation Management Support: Handle all incoming reservation inquiries and requests, whether through email, phone, third-party platforms, or our website. Coordinate availability and ensure rates are updated.

 

  • Market Price Analysis: Conduct periodic analysis of luxury villa rental prices in the local and global market. Evaluate competition and industry trends to recommend pricing strategies that reflect the value and exclusivity of our villas.

 

  • Seek New Promotion Platforms and Channels: Continuously research and evaluate new opportunities in the market to list our luxury villas on relevant rental platforms and promotional channels. Establish partnerships and business agreements to enhance the visibility and reach of our properties.

 

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized and high-level customer service. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, provide details about the villas and available services, and assist in resolving any concerns or issues they may have.

 

  • Check-in and Check-out at Villas

 

  • Internal Coordination: Work closely with the cleaning, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure that the villas are in perfect condition before guests' arrival. Coordinate additional services requested by clients, such as transfers, restaurant reservations, and special activities.

 

  • Support in Payment and Reservation Tracking: Manage reservation payments and deposits, payments to third parties, purchases of amenities for the houses, ensuring they are processed in a timely manner, and providing customers with all necessary information to complete transactions securely.

 

  • Internal and External Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for customers throughout the reservation and stay process. Maintain clear and effective communication with both guests and internal team members.

 

  • Process Creation: Participate in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of internal processes related to reservation management and villa services. Establish quality and efficiency standards to optimize workflow and provide exceptional service to our guests.

 

  • Service Search Management: Identify and select external providers and partners to offer complementary services, such as transportation, tourist activities, catering, and other luxury experiences. Negotiate business agreements and ensure the quality and customer satisfaction in all provided services.

 

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Years of Experience : 1 year
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or reservation management roles in the hotel or hospitality sector. Preferably, experience working with luxury villas or exclusive properties.
  • Academic Background: Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Languages: Excellent command of the Spanish and English languages, both spoken and written. Proficiency in other languages will be considered an advantage. Bilingual in English.
  • Knowledge of Property Management tools.
  • Microsot office.
  • Driving license and own car.
  • Experience with managing international clients.
  • Impeccable communication skills, Multitasking and efficiency, Meticulous, Proactivity, Strong management skills.
